The Castle Plan (Basic Planning) = $500

This Plan includes three estate plan options each customized with your information and your wishes. This includes reports showing any potential estate and gift tax consequences as well as what your heirs could potentially inherit. Full color charts and graphs are included along with a full text explanation of each plan. . Our staff of highly trained personnel will help you select the plan that is right for you. Customers will be able to take this plan to their attorneys for document drafting and execution

The Castle Guardian Plan (Additional “what ifs”) = $200/scenario

For this additional fee (per scenario) you can provide us with other estate planning scenarios. We will run new what-ifs to see what could be the results of any scenario you choose.

The Castle Provisions Plan (Suggested written provisions) = $300

After you have selected your plan if you wish we will provide detailed written provisions for your use for all major aspects of the plan you have selected. With these provisions and the explanations provided in The Castle Plan you can approach your attorney with a detailed well thought out plan ready for the attorney’s document drafting and implementation.

The King’s Castle Plan (Document drafting) = $500

After you have selected your plan if you wish we will provide detailed written provisions for your use for all major aspects of the plan you have selected and suggested sample documents ready for your attorney’s editing to your state’s particular laws. With these provisions, the explanations provided in The Castle Plan, and the sample documents you can approach your attorney with a detailed well thought out plan ready for the attorney’s editing of the documents and implementation.
